The burger was smothered in cheese, with the lettuce peeking out like a table cloth under the patty. The burger came timely after the salad, and was simply presented on a tray with a dill pickle (usually fries would be there, so it looked a little lonely! LOL). The dressing was on the side, and plenty! I used it all. It was delightfully crafted, with Romaine lettuce, cucumbers, pepperoncinis, small Greek olives, baby grape tomatoes, and shredded Parmesan cheese. The salad came quickly, and I was impressed with its presentation. I also got a side salad with it as an option, and asked for extra Ranch dressing. The menu offers quite a bit, from a breakfast all day menu, to classics (like grilled salmon, or steak and eggs), to soups and salads, appetizers, pizzas (!) and sandwiches and burgers and dinner plates - wow, what a choice! I finally settled on a 'veggie' (Impossible - plant based) burger (wild aaby Arugula, vine ripe tomato, Swiss cheese, and garlic aioli) on a ciabatta type bun. My server arrived quickly and took my drink order (iced tea) while I took a while wobbling on a couple of options. The decor of the place is very attractive, and I had a great view of the bar island (no drinkers, too!) and beyond that the open kitchen, and to my right a muffled view of the colors and sights of the casino floor. It was later in the day and not too busy, so I was seated promptly. to the gaming floor, but it is spacious and rather large (three different dining areas within) so you can leave the gambling for a while if you wish to eat in peace. Walked through and checked out the offerings (buffet, coffee shops, and a few other offerings) but came back to this one. Stopped at the Morongo casino resort on a road trip to stretch my legs and grab a bite to eat.
